The South African Stack with Smoky BBQ Sauce
2 Burger Patties, Smoky BBQ Sauce, Smoked Bacon, Pepper Jack Cheese, Hot & Spicy Mayo, Tomato and Lettuce, in a Glazed Paprika Topped Bun. I thought that the Glazed Paprika Topped Bun was really nice with the small kick of spice, the cheese was so creamy and delicious. While the mayo was not spicy or hot, just tasting like normal mayo too be honest. The Bacon was perfectly crispy and the lettuce and tomato was a nice balance to round the burger off. Solid 8/10
The Swiss Stack
2 Burger Patties, Emmental Cheese Sauce, Smoked Bacon, Cheese, Crispy Onions and Lettuce, in a Toasted Lattice Bun. The bun was soft and warm, just like good bread should do. I personally though the onions with so crispy that it was pretty much a onion dust... But the bacon and cheese was awesome, with the Emmental Cheese Sauce dominating well over the rest of the burger, and that was alright. A really enjoyable 9/10
The Mexican Stack
2 Burger Patties, Habanero Chilli Mayo, Smoked Bacon, Pepper Jack Cheese, Mango Sauce and Lettuce, in a Glazed Paprika Topped Bun. The Bun and Chilli Mayo was perfectly spicy with the gorgeous Mango Sauce complimenting the spicy with the cool mango sauce. The Bacon was crispy and the Lettuce served a nice crush as well. Really nice 8/10.
